My Food Plan for the week. Friday and Saturday have a few spots empty because my family is visiting and they haven’t filled me in with their plans. That should be interesting.
Action Plan: for when I feel the urge to binge.
1. Drink a glass of water.
2. Journal about it (paper or Tumblr).
3. Read OA literature.
5. Repeat 2 by reflecting on 3.
6. Call my Sponsor.
General Rules for the Week
1. No soda.
2. No fast food.
3. No eating in the car.
4. No eating when rushed or overly stressed/emotional. (I’m looking at you, work!)
5. Log EVERYTHING!
Sounds easy enough, right? I can do this!
